Hun Sen Rewards ‘A’ Students With Cash, Gifts

“A ton of individuals appear to criticize that the prize wasn't identical,” aforementioned Thach Ngounghen, 18, a graduate of Preah Sisowath highschool in Pnom Penh WHO was among the 108.
“I studied for my future, not for the prize,” he added.
